Tea: Boil tea leaves and filter the extract.Keep it overnight and apply the next day. Use a regular shampoo and rinse later.
The caffeine in the tea controls hair loss a gives strength and shine.
You can also add henna or any herbal powder from market to this extract.
It can naturally colour your hair too;)
Hibiscus: Commonly known as shoe flower, easy to grow plant and a very efficient hair conditioner.Crush just 2-3 leaves and a flower just the petals alone.
Do at least once a week for hair regrowth and nourishment.
Egg masks: Eggs are good for your health both internally and externally. Beat a whole egg and mask it on hair at least once in a month as it enriches the hair follicles and conditions the scalp.
Oiling: Massaging your hair with oils like coconut or olive retains the hair moisture and also refreshes the mind. It's best to warm up the oil a bit before applying.
Cover with a shower cap or a hot towel for better absorption.
Dry naturally: With busy lifestyle, its hard to avoid the hair dryer but try to blow hair less and towel dry whenever possible. Excessive heat from dryers and showers reduces the strength and lustre and is the root cause of extensive hair fall.
These tips work outside the hair but it's equally important to have a well-balanced diet to maintain the health inside. See you in my next post:)
