Beauty in the Beast

'Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder'. So how do you define it? With tabloids and media showcasing size zero dolls or six pack machos as benchmarks, viewers perceive only the outside glitz and glamor. Its becoming difficult to convey being normal is normal.
Fabs n Freaks:
I am not opposing fitness or diets, In fact I do welcome the increase in awareness for a healthy living and the diverse options available to follow. But not everyone is gifted with stock-illustration-7428085-sporty-weight-liftinga perfect body, chiseled face or pretty looks, And not everything can be amended by science and technology.
Should I feel depressed or inferior if I don't look the least like the model in a magazine cover?
Keeping the Mind Fit:
Its not just an individual affair but the entire outlook of the society that takes all by a face value, fixes a price tag and segregates them accordingly. The consequences can be dreadful and turn out to be bullied at school, teased by friends or develop a complex. This affects the personal behaviour and attitude, even cause serious psychological disturbances.
Inculcate good morale:
Respect people and their feelings, accept disparities and look through their heart. Enrich your knowledge, nurture compassion and tolerance onto others. Aim to be a warm person than a striking hot or cool one:)
Love being You:
Develop a good esteem and confidence about your self. Brighten up your life with pleasant thoughts and leave out the worries.
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."  Oscar Wilde
