What Newton Did Not Tell Us

Yeah a great scientist, Newton who proposed the laws of motion and discovered gravitation. Lucky by gravity, we are still clinging to the earth without falling off. His theory practically meant we need a force to do anything  and it can be external or internal. If the smallest particle atom can get damn good active by forcing its electrons to move around, then what does a complicated human system of ours need to sprout for a living? Yay a Super Force!

Set For a Quest:

In medieval ages, a Knight is assigned to pursue a quest for which he will be worthy of and lauded in eternity. Even kings and sailors have embarked on long, tiresome voyages and crusades not just for the thrills, but also for the gratifying impression it leaves on them.

A quest is like planting a sapling of  a long aspired dream and one has to steadily nurture and toil to reap its fruits. Practically everyone should have a search in their lives too.The saddest part is we don't know what to search for. A life without a search is boring, pretty similar to opening a gift fully knowing what is inside.

The Placebo Effect:

What do you consider as a settlement? A busy job, family and a good paycheck. Before you realize, the world around will have put your estimated worth, deceiving you to believe, this is what you are and the desire to surmount heights will be buried deep inside.

Even if  you get ideas to start a new business or career, people rush in with criticism and dampen your spirits then and there.

When a man on streets turns into a billionaire, we envy at his success and grumble about him being fortunate. Do we ever try to know what hurdles or insults he had put up with?

It is not possible to reach the final happy endings abruptly by skipping the first few wearisome chapters in the book of your expedition.

Taking the Baby Step:

Starting your goal is easy, very much instantaneous, you can do it any day. Although soon your attempts will succumb to a slow dip when laziness, priorities and all time factors make a deliberate intrusion. To keep pushing and continue chasing your pursuit, What can you do? Read self-help books for motivation, comprehend the illustrated success stories and wonder how you ended dozing with the book on your noses? ( True, you need no sedatives!). So just give a head start and don't procrastinate for the perfect time.

Putting your first step is the paramount factor for the commencement of your travel and then progress through the milestones by keeping up with realizable options and definite procedures. In short, learn to jump like a Super Mario, power up with hammer and gold, but be ready to face the flowerpot hits and cactus pricks.

Fly the Plane as you Build:

In an era of  missing and mishandled planes, building a plane when flying is surreal but I quote to make our points clear. Set up a routine, persevere and reward after each accomplishment. These are some tried and tested methods that can help with our hunt.
  • Mark the Calendar: Keep a calendar and mark an 'X' everyday once you do any activity related to your goal. Breaking the chain will make you feel guilty and not miss the practice. Suppose your wish is to master the guitar, practice often and set to render an uninterrupted commitment even on your busiest days.
  • Spread your Net: Use Internet wisely. There are forums and articles to widen your knowledge and connect with people having similar objectives. Find new topics, trends and resources all in a single click. For instance, if you are a passionate photographer, you are not bound only to camera for honing skills. Just turn on your wifi to get enlightened by millions sharing ideas, videos and use it to grab your spotlight too.
  • Don't Fight Alone: Work as a team to realize maximum potential of our outcomes. You can get peer support, family assistance or a mentor's guidance. By including others in our expedition, the probability of  failure is very less on grounds of public committal. Try this! Tell your friends or make a video of your plan to reduce a few pounds in a specified time. Sure you will drop your sizes, partly out of duty and primarily to escape embarrassment and shame.
  • Use Visual Tools: Believing is seeing and we perceive much faster than we think. Visualize your search through pictures, posters and get the inspiration to become one among them. Viewing a photo of  Mark Zuckerberg should motivate your mind to run a smart business and not remind  you to login into facebook.
  • Feel Proud of yourself: Appreciate your achievements frequently and bask in its glory. No one can praise you better than you. Cherish the milestones you have reached and reward yourself to have come this far in the quest.
That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind  -Neil Armstrong
Sure there is no definite age limit for doing anything. J.R.R Tolkien was 62 when  Lord of the rings got published and Neil Armstrong was 38 when he set his foot on the moon. Don't stop chasing your dreams nor give up the struggle. Fight till you kiss success. Bonne Chance!
